1General Terms

bdt2 (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and sports betting service. By using this platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions in full.

Accessing or using our website (bdt2.cam) constitutes a legally binding agreement with these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and are designed to ensure user protection and fair gaming. These terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered an integral part of these terms.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register on the bdt2 platform and enjoy gaming services:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where conducting online gaming activities is legally permitted.
  • You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of any third party.
  • Your account must not have been previously closed or banned.

If any user is identified as a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited. bdt2 may request identity verification documents at any time.

3Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdt2 may request the following documents at any time — particularly at the time of a withdrawal request:

  • National Identity Card (NID) or passport copy
  • Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawal processing may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure is solely your responsibility. This information should not be shared with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following methods may be used to deposit funds at bdt2: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

  • Account verification must be completed.
  • The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
  • Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used to deposit (to prevent money laundering).
  • If any suspicious activity is identified, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x), meaning you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

The following conditions apply to all bonus offers:

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, it will be forfeited.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless clearly stated in the promotion details.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
  • Any bonus claimed through fraudulent activity will be considered void.
  • bdt2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

bdt2's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.4%, Gold: up to 0.6%, Platinum: up to 0.8%.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on bdt2 (slots, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, etc.) are governed by their own game rules. If a technical error causes an issue during a game, the result of that round may be voided.

The Random Number Generator (RNG) used to determine game outcomes is impartial and certified. In the event of any dispute over a game result, the platform's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

  • The amount of each bet must fall within the set limits for that game.
  • For sports betting, bets must be placed before the event begins or through the live betting service.
  • If an event is cancelled or ends in a draw, standard sports betting rules will apply to that bet.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt2, and violating them will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of deposited funds:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a false or fake identity.
  • Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or using strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
  • Playing games using any software, bot, or automated method.
  • Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
  • Harassing other users or engaging in harmful behaviour.
  • Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploiting vulnerabilities.

8Security and Privacy

bdt2 uses the latest SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. We do not sell user data to any third party.

  • Your personal information will be used solely for identity verification, payment processing, and customer support.
  • Information may be provided in response to a lawful request from government authorities.
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

bdt2 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming should always be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income. Every user has the right to set their own limits.

bdt2 provides the following responsible gaming tools:

  • Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
  • Session Limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session.
  • Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from your account temporarily or permanently.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gaming for a set period of time.

10Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by bdt2

bdt2 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms.
  • Providing false information or failing identity verification.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • When cooperation is required in an investigation into financial crime.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via our 24/7 live chat or email. Please complete all pending withdrawals before closure.

11Limitation of Liability

bdt2 is not liable for:

  • Gaming disruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
  • Issues arising from third-party software or devices.
  • Account access by a third party without the user's authorisation.
  • Temporary service interruptions due to technical errors.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. In the event of a technical error, we will make every effort to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee compensation.

12Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow these steps:

  1. First, report the issue via our 24/7 live chat or email.
  2. The customer support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
  3. Complex matters will be escalated to a specialist team and resolution will be attempted within seven business days.
  4. The platform's server logs and game history will be considered the final evidence in resolving all disputes.

13Amendment of Terms

bdt2 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform in the case of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. The latest terms and conditions will always be available on this page.
